Klancy Baker

Klancy serves as the Director of the Café and Business Mentorship program, bringing together her passion for coffee, creativity, and youth development. With over five years of experience in the coffee industry, Klancy has cultivated not only a love for the craft but also an understanding of how a café can foster community and connection.

Alongside her background in hospitality, Klancy has dedicated the past five years to teaching theatre, creating spaces where young people can grow in confidence, creativity, and collaboration. She has also been actively involved in Young Life, walking alongside youth in both mentorship and faith development.

In her current role, Klancy combines her professional expertise and heart for mentorship to empower the next generation with practical skills, entrepreneurial insight, and a supportive community.
